The four, John P. Skivington, 24, Bryan D. Nava, 27, Niko O. Beckles, 24, all of New Windsor, and Carlos Reyes, 21, of Newburgh, were arrested on various dates following the damage discovered on Dec. 23 on Main Street, said Det. Lt. Jason Johnson of the Beacon Police.
After finding the graffiti, police posted camera surveillance photos of four men on Facebook and the four were identified.
The department announced the arrests on Friday:
Skivington was charged with three counts of criminal mischief, and three counts each of making graffiti, and possession of graffiti instruments.
Nava was charged with 10 counts of criminal mischief, and 10 counts each making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments.
Beckles was charged with 12 counts of criminal mischief, and 12 counts each of making graffiti and possession of graffiti instruments.
Reyes was charged with five counts of criminal mischief, and five counts each of making graffiti, and possession of graffiti instruments.
The four men were released on appearance tickets.
No court date was released.
